The collections, services and expertise of the Library of Parliament are available for everyone. Most of our services are free of charge. Customer Services gives advice and guidance on how to use the library, its collections and databases. You can contact us by phone at +358 9 432 3423 or e-mail at library.service@parliament.fi.
You can find information about how to apply for a library card, renew loans, reserve items and fee collection here. Information is also available on interlibrary loans.
The Archive of Parliament provides information services as well as access to printed documents, microfilms and CD-ROM materials.
The Library has a 70-seat reading room and reference library as well as 10 seats for researchers which are allocated based on applications.
The information services assists with all information needs regarding the Library’s areas of specialisation. You can also book an appointment for one-to-one information search training.

We welcome visitor groups and are happy to show the library facilities, collections and services.
