The Library is located behind the Parliament House at Aurorankatu 6, at street level. We are open Monday–Thursday 12–18. Everyone is welcome to browse our collections, to read and to borrow materials.

To borrow materials, you need a library card, which can be obtained when you visit us. Complete a library card application in advance.

The customer premises are located on two floors: the customer service and the self-service floors. The customer service floor level is on street level.
